A fast-track program designed to repair, rebuild, and reconnect in days, not months.

What’s Included:

• Phase 1: Comprehensive Initial Assessment

  • 1 x Joint Session (90 minutes) – To map your relationship dynamics and history.

  • 2 x Individual Sessions (60 minutes each) – One private session for each partner.

  • The Official Gottman Relationship Assessment: You will complete the gold-standard online clinical assessment.

  • Personalized Assessment Report: You will receive a detailed, customized document outlining your relationship’s unique strengths and areas of challenge.

    (This phase can be conducted online or in person).

• Phase 2: The Intensive Marathon (In-Person Only)

  • 2 Consecutive Days of deep-dive therapy (7 hours per day, excluding lunch and integration breaks).

    Designed to tackle deep-seated conflicts, heal trust issues, and learn concrete relational skills in a highly focused environment.

  • Customized Toolkits & Worksheets: You will be provided with evidence-based interventions and personalized worksheets specifically tailored to target your relationship’s unique patterns and goals.

    (This phase can only be conducted in person).

• Phase 3: Follow up.

  • 1x Joint session (90 minutes) one month after finishing the Marathon to evaluate how the tools are integrated

    (This phase can be conducted online or in person)

Scheduled ideally on Friday and Saturday, so it will require taking only a single day off work, leaving Sunday completely free for you to rest, process, and reconnect in private.

Investment: €1,950 (Includes all assessment materials, clinical preparation, and 19 hours of specialized therapy).
